OBJECTIVE

Accomplishments:
- Coordinated with senior political members of multiple country governments to establish business associations. Established a Joint Venture in South Africa in 2003 and expect $7m revenue over next 12 months.
- Developed associations in other Sub Sahara countries (Kenya, Nigeria, Benin, Mali) with customers, integrators and sales channels that will lead to additional revenues in 2003 of around $2.5m.
- Developed and implemented plans for specific growth in U.K. Germany and Scandinavia. Established new customers in U.K., Germany and Scandinavia with revenues of $1.5m in the first year and now plan for $5m in U.K. this year.
- Planned, reviewed, and implemented programs for mergers, acquisitions and divestitures - technology, product and personnel. Negotiated sale of part of Paradyne to Techforce for $15m, this included personnel, technology, product and customer base.
